TRE is a natural way to improve the quality of your life. It assists the body in balancing the autonomic nervous system. TRE has the potential to help with digestive issues, sleep disturbances, fatigue, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and so much more. Investing in yourself is easy with TRE because once you learn the basic exercises, grounding and self-regulation you can do them on your own for the rest of your life! I offer TRE sessions in person in Toronto or via Zoom. Workshops can be tailored to an organization's needs.

For the individual session, the first session is about 60 – 75 minutes. I will give you a brief introduction to TRE and guide you through the process step by step. Throughout the session, I will hold the safe space for you and let you tremor for 5 to 15 minutes to release whatever tension and stress is ready to be expelled in the session. You will learn some self-regulation exercises to help you stay grounded so that you will be able to practice at home in between our sessions.

This is a 1.5-hour online group class. It will involve practicing the TRE exercises and learning self-regulation and grounding to modulate your experience of neurogenic tremors for maximum benefit.
