I’ve been practicing face yoga since 2016. It appears as though I have lost some weight in my face without losing elasticity. In fact, I am a few pounds heavier than in the before picture. my face was swollen due to poor circulation and not exercising my facial muscles. I can see the results even after one month of practice. Over time, my skin complexion has improved, my eyes are less droopy and my face is more defined. I am so thrilled with this younger-looking new face!
