BT FEATURED CLASSES

We are working to decompress the connective tissue in the core and ribcage areas that hold us in a negative alignment.  The ribcage is the foundation for the neck and shoulders. It’s important to lift the rib cage up and back to support the rest of the body and restore the space for the organs while strengthening the diaphragm muscle.

Core and Ribcage

This is a six-week series and we meet every Saturday starting on Jan 14 – Feb 18,  9:00 A.M. EDT.

Each class is one hour on Zoom.  If you can’t make it to the live classes, recordings are available for 48 hours.

Pelvis & Legs

This is a six-week series and we meet every Sunday starting on Jan 15  – Feb 19, 11:00 A.M. EDT 

Each class is one hour on Zoom.  If you can’t make it to the live classes, recordings are available for 48 hours.

We are working to decompress the connective tissue in the pelvis and legs to open up the lower body and get the flow all the way down to the feet.  

You will also learn the concept of rooting which is important for the lower body foundation. 

We are working to decompress the tissue in your upper body, arms, neck, and face.

This is a six-week series and we meet every Wednesday starting on Jan 11 – Feb 15,  9:30 A.M. EDT
